At BlissoraPet, we stand behind the quality of our products.

Your PawTrip™ Car Seat Cover is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

What is covered?

This warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use, including:

• Defective stitching
• Faulty buckles or straps
• Manufacturing defects in the fabric
• Any defect that affects the normal use of the product

If your product has a manufacturing defect, simply contact us at blissoramail@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. We will review your claim and provide an appropriate solution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.

What is not covered?

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by chewing or scratching by pets
• Improper use or incorrect installation
• Accidental damage
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's functionality

Australian Customers

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
