Return & Refund Policy

At BlissoraPet, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Period

You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned with its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories and components.

Items that have been used, damaged, or returned after the 14-day period are not eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

If you wish to return an item because:

  • You ordered the wrong size.
  • You changed your mind.
  • You no longer want the product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at blissoramail@gmail.com and include photos of the issue.

In these cases, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds cannot be issued for products that:

  • Have been used.
  • Are damaged due to misuse.
  • Are returned without the original packaging.
  • Are returned after the 14-day return period.
